Design Concept:
This high-end lifestyle residence comprises over 600m² of residential floor area, featuring a combination of single-storey and two-storey construction. The development also includes a separate swimming pool and tennis court.
Monz Ltd was engaged to provide the structural engineering design for the project, working closely with the architect and geotechnical engineer to develop practical, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions. The project required careful coordination of the various structural elements to accommodate the architectural vision while ensuring buildability and construction efficiency.
The scope included the full structural engineering design, preparation of the structural drawing package, and construction monitoring throughout the project.
