This development comprises eight three-storey residential dwellings arranged in duplex-style configurations across the site.
Monz Ltd provided the full structural engineering design and complete structural drawing package, with a focus on efficient delivery timeframes and practical, buildable solutions suited to multi-unit residential development, while meeting client expectations.
 

Structural Engineering Services:

Construction is expected to commence in mid-2026. Monz Ltd will also provide construction monitoring services and respond to site queries to support a smooth construction phase.
