Design Concept:

This high-end residential development comprises a large architecturally designed dwelling of approximately 400 m², together with a separate minor dwelling on the same site.
Monz Ltd was engaged to provide full structural engineering design services from preliminary design through to construction monitoring. Despite being a single-storey residence, the project presented design challenges and site complexity, requiring close collaboration with the architect and geotechnical engineer to develop practical and efficient structural solutions aligned with the architectural intent.
