This proposed two-storey architecturally designed dwelling is founded on screw pile foundations, selected to suit the site-specific geotechnical and topographical conditions.
Monz Ltd was engaged to provide full structural engineering design services, addressing both architectural requirements and site constraints. The project successfully progressed through the building consent phase, including preliminary design development and resolution of Council RFIs.​
