Infill residential development comprising four detached two-storey dwellings, with a total floor area exceeding 600m².

Monz Structural Engineering Ltd was engaged early in the project directly by the developer, recognising our ability to deliver practical, efficient solutions for residential builds. We worked closely with Urban Form Design architects and the geotechnical engineer to address architectural and site-specific challenges through a responsive, coordinated approach.

The structural design package was delivered with a fast and reliable turnaround, allowing the project to progress ahead of schedule through both the design and RFI phases — remaining on track, within budget, and cost-effective.
