This development involved relocating an existing house to the rear of the property, placing it over a newly designed basement level, while making space for the construction of a new five-bedroom, five-story house at the front.

The design maximised the land’s potential, resulting in two distinct, well-planned living spaces that offer both functionality and value.

Monz was proud to serve as the structural engineer for the entire development, designing the new five-bedroom house and providing practical solutions for the new basement level to accommodate the relocated house.

We worked closely with the architect to ensure all aspects of the design met the project’s needs, delivering a comprehensive and efficient design package within a competitive timeframe to meet the client’s objectives.
